I can’t speak to the actual quality of the contents; I’ll have to take their word for that part. But I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and have not had a single burp or even the vaguest sensation of fishiness, which makes these an improvement of the Carlson brand I’d been taking before.

I was caught off guard after my first whiff of this fish oil supplement. I have been using Ultimate Omega from Nordic Naturals and do not remember opening the bottle and smelling such a strong, fishy smell.
