Great Graduation Gift My mother gave me this watch as a college graduation gift and so far I love it! It’s elegant but it’s also suited for everyday use, and it doesn’t scream “steal me!” Physically it’s exactly what I expected it to be. If you read the specifications and look at a few pictures then you’ll probably have a very clear idea of what to expect. The time and date are easy to set, just be sure to unscrew the crown by rotating it counterclockwise (I did it by holding it between my 2 fingers but there are tools that make the job easier) before pulling it out. The box that it came in is also very nice, simple but nice.

As for buying it from Amazon, I really have no complaints. They delivered the watch on time and in perfect condition (as far as I can tell), and honestly you just can’t beat their price. We got it for a little over $900 but I’ve seen it go for well over $1200 at other stores.

I’ll post an update later on if necessary (problems changing battery, having it fitted, how it holds up over time, etc.) I don’t plan on taking it into the ocean even though I live in the caribbean, but I’m sure it probably works as advertised if used properly.

Very Nice and Great Price This watch is the real deal. This watch is elegantly styled and not overpowering on a woman’s wrist. To me, it struck the perfect balance between a high quality dress watch and one that you can wear everyday and not have to worry about it. It’s stylish enough to wear when you’re dressing up but also casual enough to wear to work. You don’t have to worry about jumping in the pool or knocking it around a little. The clasp mechanism holds the watch securely in place. We had several links taken out at a local jewelry store…not a nationwide chain. It’s priced hundreds less than any retail store in my area. I’d recommend going to look at them in person first though. It will save you some hassle in the event you don’t like it…as sometimes website photos aren’t the best. Overall a great value and hopefully my wife will get MANY great years of use out of it. I inquired about battery replacement and was told it runs approximately $70 in my area. I wouldn’t trust it to a mall kiosk watch repair…though they’d probably offer to do it for $10.
