Not an airdyne Having had a serious sports injury to my knee this year, I spend alot of time on exercise bicycles. I previously purchased a Schwinn Airdyne which I love. When I moved the Airdyne to our small cabin, I purchased the Schwinn Active 10 for our primary residence. I think for the price the Active 10 is very reasonable, but in terms of the ride and general construction it’s not an Airdyne. Still, it’s very quiet which is nice, and takes very little room. If you’re looking for a serious work-out (including upper extremities) I would spend more and get the Airdyne. If expense is an issue, or if you’re looking for a low-impact 30 minute work-out in front of the TV, this is an excellent choice.

The bike is easy to put together and quiet running. I did switch out the seat because I wanted another seat for comfort but that is personal preference. I have no comlaints with this bike. Also buying it through amazon.com I know I got a great price and at the time I purchased it free delivery. I would buy this Scwinn Active 10 again for more money.
