Best car seat ever I am a mother of 3 kids and have owned multiple car seats. I have never felt better about my purchase! I actually feel guilty for the junk I put my older kids in! This seat is incredibly sturdy and well built! No cheap plastic here, all metal bars and construction worthy of my children!! The seat is also very soft and comfortable. We just had a 14 hour car ride w/ 2 of my 3 kids riding in Recaro Signo seats and never once did they complain about being uncomfortable. (They complained about plenty of other stuff, but never the seat!) Look no further, this is the best car seat out there.

Great carseat overall I’ve been researching convertible seats since I was pregnant with my little one. I knew he would need one after he grew out to the infant carrier seat that was given to us. When my son started acting like he was fighting the carrier seat I knew it was the dreaded time for a new seat. The carrier was a Graco brand so I thought I’d start my research with their seats. I’ve read reviews online about many seats. So I found the Graco convertible that had the best reviews and went out to Wal Mart to purchase it needless to say I came home empty handed. I could not spend $155 on a light weight seat that had no bells and whistles and very little padding. My boyfriend kept on me about Recaro Recaro, he’s a car guy, and I had never heard of it until I started looking on Amazon. The first review about Recaro seats mentioning the crash test had me sold, it was so informative. So I purchased the seat, which I couldn’t have afforded at the regular price. I’ve had the seat installed for 2 days now which I was able to install it by myself in my Mazda protege 5 (small hatchback). The seat would better suit a larger vehicle but, it fits. I love the fact that it has the easy to use latches no more trying to squeeze your hand into the small opening of your seat. Also the knob that adjusts the headrest and shoulder belt height. This is one heck of a seat structurally!! This seat is the only convertible seat I’ve owned however I believe it will be my last if there are kids to follow my first. Thank you Recaro for manufacturing a seat that I feel safe putting my baby in!! BTW Haden seems to love it.
