Unlike the earlier reviewer, I have had extremely good luck with this product. My barber recommended this product to me, and I have been using it for just over a year. I don’t have the hair that I did when I was 20, but I do have very noticeably fuller and thicker hair. It isn’t just fuller and thicker on the back were most hair products work, but it has even given me more along the my previously receding front hairline. I just read the earlier review when I was getting ready to place my fourth order and thought the product deserved an opposing view.

I have only used this product for 35 days, however, it seems there is significantly less hair in my brush — even in this short time. I know hair loss is seasonal, and depends on many factors beyond shampoo and conditioner used. However, I believe this product actually works! Both my wife and I have long hair which has always been very fine. Both of us now use Nioxin Shampoo and Conditioner. We do not know if we are both experiencing less hair breakage, or if fewer hairs are being pulled from our scalps when we brush our hair after washing. We awarded four stars because we are seeing a difference in hair loss, if not fullness. We suggest you try the Nioxin System as we have. We will update our review after 90 days using Nioxin. So far, we are realy impressed!

The cleanser cleans the DHT from your scalp. You have to stay disciplined for it to have any effect. This will not completely stop the male pattern baldness, but it will slow the process. In some cases it will stop it altogether. I have been able to keep hair on the top of my head for almost 13 years. It’s not like it was at 27, but it isn’t gone. At the rate it was going I should be bald as a billiard ball by now.
No product is the perfect cure all. And until they find something that is, I’ll stick to my Nioxin so I will still have hair left to save.
