Nice big screen
This is the first GPS device I’ve owned. I bought it mainly because of the screen size, at 4.7″, which is large enough to use the touch commands and to see with ease. I was a little disappointed that the price dropped right after I purchased it, but I like it overall. I do wish that there were more options on the speaking voice, though.
Overall… Really Helpful
My husband is not good at pushing buttons, so the voice command feature is one reason that we picked this unit. The voice command features are not really helpful enough to bother to use it. The clarity of the large display is very good in light and dark conditions. He traveled from Tennessee to Montana and back. Sometimes it got confused and didn’t recalculate and would tell him to get off at each exit. He probably should have turned the unit off and back on to reset it. It was a great help going through St. Louis and Kansas City and Nashville during rush hour. The feature that tells you which lane to get in is really helpful. I took it to Houston and used it to get around. For the most part it worked flawlessly. We met someone who knew their way around Houston, so we turned the GPS off. Funny thing is… the GPS still gave commands after powering down. Overall, we are satisfied with its performance.

I bought this as a gift for my son who travels the country. He raved about the ease of use, the accuracy, and the easy to read navigation. He has tried three others up to now, and tells me they don’t compare. I highly recommend this! As usual, Amazon delivered on time and all is well.
