First of all I would like to offer congrats to Amazon, Product arrived 2 days before the tracking date, cudoo’s..and free shipping to boot.

Really this product was so simple to use even my wife got it right out of the box. The graphics are very good and the volume is great, I don’t hear well so that is a plus.

This is my first GPS so I really don’t know what to compare it to, but for what I want it’s great, simple and very easy to use.

I don’t intend to download and update , from what I have read, most people do it wrong then fault the product. I will get a plug in charger now seeing that none came with it, that way you can play and get used to it without fear of going dead. Also there is a very helpful video on you tube, just search you tube for Garmin 260W tutorial. By the way there is a car charger so don’t worry you can charge it while driving !!!

Garmins are great

The Garmin Nuvi line is awesome. I had a different Garmin line previously, and then got rid of it, and I thought well, I won’t need one, so I’ll wait awhile to get another. Man, you never realize how nice those things are to have until you don’t have one and you are driving around like a doof trying to find a location. These things have gotten so cheap that there is no reason not to have one.

I borrowed a friends GPS once, and man was the platform different. I can’t remember the product manufacturer, but it was one of the other big gps names, and it was horrible. Garmin has gone out of its way to make sure these are easy to use, very user compatible, and really reliable. I recommend these to all of my friends. Big screen, good directions. Ease of use. 9 out of 10.
