I got this Makita LCT300W set as a gift to my dad for helping me work on finishing my basement. I have the 18 volt Bosch set which is nearly identical.

The Makita set is by far the best drill/driver set I’ve ever used. They fit in your hand very well, are light and run forever. Also, the batteries only take 30 minutes to charge so you’re back up and running before the 2nd battery has lost its charge.

This Makita LXT is the kind of tool I think everyone should have and expect it to last another five year.
