I have been using this shampoo every since my sister-in-law, a hairdresser, recommended it about 7 years ago after she found out I shampoo my hair daily. She would order it for me and I’d pick it up when I got my hair cut. She recently retired so I had to find a new source. I like Nioxin System 1 Cleanser, cleans the scalp and hair and a little goes a long way. I usually use about a drop about the size of a quarter

I do not know what it is, but I really got used to this product, and I like it a lot! Just as other reviewers said – most effective when used on damp skin and under moisturizer.
I just finished my 2oz bottle, and I think I am going to reorder, but bigger version 
I used it daily on my face, and also on my very dry knees and elbows. I cannot say it changed anything permanently, but when I put it on and finished with body lotion, Hyaluronic Acid Serum felt really good.
As for the face, again – no permanent changes, but I would have that glow that I thought was really nice
I also have had dry patches on my face, and when I used this product (together with my face moisturizer), it was not an issue anymore – so that is a huge plus for me!
Generally – I woud receommend it, and I will definitely reorder it.
