Well built, sturdy item I recently purchased this bench in conjunction with a bowflex revolution FT. This bench is very sturdily built, and you can see that the welding is quality. The frame is as solid as a bike frame, while also having a very heavy feel. Altogether it took me about 30 minutes to put this bench together, and also it held me quite well. As I am about 235 pounds, the sturdiness of a bench is fairly important, and i highly recommend this bench to anyone who is in need of one.

Great Bench This is a great dumbbell bench. I have used it three times a week for two and a half years and it still looks like new. The incline is easy to set and the rollers make it easy to move around. I weigh 190 lbs and it is sturdy enough for me to use as a step-up bench. One minor gripe, the screws holding the pad on need to be tightened occasionally.

Can’t say enough about the 5.1 bench. It is comfortable and moves into five great positions for all the excercises you need. Don’t much care for the dumbbells but love the bench. The best on the market!
