Good Product! I just assembled it took about one hour and you need a small crescent wrench. The bolts require some serious tightening but is very sturdy and rolls easily with the 10/90. I worked up a sweat doing this but instructions are very good. I am happy with the purchase. Ladies you might need help with this.

Good Stand This is a good addition for the SelectTech dumbbells and bench. The quality is good but some of the bolts in the seat are at a difficult angle to install. The fit and finish are good but there was a small sharp bump at one of the soldered joint; that was easily fixed with the blunt tip of a pair of pliers. The instructions were easy to follow and the stand feels solid. The castor wheels do not have to be used but is a nice option to have. I would recommend it.

A Real Backsaver The Bowflex dumbell stand is heavy-duty and goes together perfectly. I’ve put together a ton of equipment, furniture, tools, etc., through the years and have never found any instructions as clear and correct, just spot-on, as Bowflex provides. The bolts, nuts, and washers are all blister packed and clearly labeled and every page of the instructions has a silouhette of the bolt, nut, and washer needed for that step. The stand is made of heavy guage metal and couldn’t be more sturdy. I highly recommend the stand with the dumbbells, it makes them accessible and easy to use and definitely saves your back versus picking the dumbbells off the ground each time.
