Cuisinart SS-700 Single Serve Brewing System

Cuisinart SS-700 Single Serve Brewing System

Perfect for both personal use and entertaining, this single-serve home-brewing system offers consumers fresh gourmet coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and more in under one minute. Choose either 4, 6, 8, or 10 ounce from the icon on brewing size options. Using Keurig K-Cups—featuring over two hundred varieties of pre-measured, premium brand coffee and tea–this brewer’s innovative one-touch technology makes it easier than ever for consumers to enjoy a wide array of hot beverages. No matter which cup size you choose, the Cuisinart Single Serve Brewing System , working in conjunction with K-Cup, always produces the perfect cup every time.

I am so pleased so far with this Cuisinart SS-700 product. My brother has a different model but I heard that the Cruisinart was the quietest Keurig. It is so quiet! I love the 100s of choices of K cups too! The only thing is that we have to refill the water pretty often but that could be because we drink so much coffee. It is a bit TOO convenient to make a cup now! I need to cut back! Great product!

There Cuisinart SS-700 is a reason to go to Starbucks for the occasional latte (hate your roommate, playing chess, first date, etc). However, when you don’t want to stinking of coffee for an hour, this brews an amazing cup of coffee and tea at home from a quiet machine. Much, much quieter than the Breville model.

Zojirushi BB-CEC20 Home Bakery Supreme Breadmaker

Posted: December 15th, 2010 | Author: | Filed under: Home & Garden | Tags: , | No Comments »

Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme 2-Pound-Loaf BreadmakerThe Zojirushi BB-CEC20 Home Bakery Supreme Breadmaker includes several features such as: an exclusive Home Made Menu function (with three memory settings) a user friendly and easy to read LCD control panel, dual kneading blades, a traditional rectangular shaped 2 pound loaf pan, and measuring cup with spoon.

From cinnamon-raisin bread for breakfast to buttery dinner rolls or garlic bread sticks to serve with dinner, this Zojirushi BB-CEC20 countertop appliance makes it easy to create delicious bakery-style artisan bread right at home. It can even be used to make homemade meatloaf, strawberry jam, chocolate cake, and more. For a basic bread recipe, simply add in measured ingredients, close the lid, make a selection from the user-friendly LCD control panel, and the Home Bakery Supreme takes care of the rest–baking up a rectangular-shaped 2-pound loaf of bread to perfection. Choose from three crust shades–light, medium, or dark–and from 10 pre-programmed settings that consist of Basic, Basic Wheat, Basic Dough, Quick, Quick Wheat, Quick Dough, Jam, Cake, Sour Dough Starter, and Home Made. Best of all, the machine’s timer can be set to delay the end of the baking cycle by up to 13 hours, which makes it possible to wake up to the smell of freshly baked, homemade bread in the morning or to come home to a warm loaf at the end of a long day at the office. The bread maker provides two blades for thorough dough kneading and a higher rise, a large viewing window, an “on” indicator light, a start/reset button, and a removable nonstick bread pan for easy cleaning. A double-ended teaspoon/tablespoon measuring spoon, an 8-ounce measuring cup, and a user manual with a variety of recipes come included. The durably built, 700-watt bread machine measures approximately 9-5/8 by 17 by 12-1/5 inches.

I got Zojirushi BB-CEC20 so sick of paying a fortune for bread that had no flavor at all. (And throwing most of it out!) Even if all I ever make is Honey White, my kids will be happy! I can throw it all together in five minutes. Two slices fit in my cheapo 18 year old Oster toaster. Which is great for school morning breakfasts. But I I will certainly go for variation! I think this machine can handle anything. It looks nice too! (Black/stainless model). I’m an appliance snob. I’m thrilled with this bread maker!

Sometimes you’ve got to spend money to save money. That’s the case here. I would also recommend buying SAF yeast and wheat gluten. I bought mine on Amazon too.
